First Public Showing of the new rPAC / drDock At Bristol Show

After a “trade only” preview at the CES in Las Vegas last month, Arcam is to unveil its new “rSeries” computer music line-up to the public at this weekend’s Bristol Sound & Vision show.

While the new D33 SuperDAC will take pride of place in the main listening area the new rPAC USB DAC / Headphone Amp and drDock, for iPhone, iPad and iPod, will be wowing the crowds in the display area.

The rPAC is designed to upgrade the sound for thousands of USB equipped music devices while offering owners a high quality headphones output designed to embarrass those found on typical laptop computers.

The drDock builds on the reputation of the existing irDock with added all-digital connectivity (including HDMI video and “straight through” digital audio) plus accommodation for iPads using some very clever physical design changes.

All three new products will on display in Arcam’s room “Rome 1” for the duration of the show which runs from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th February at the Bristol Marriot Hotel.
