Current Products
To register, you will need the serial number of your products to register, which can be found either on the unit back panel or taken from the Arcam Owner Registration Card. Registering your new equipment enables us to keep you up to date with any information relevant to your hi-fi system. This includes upgrade opportunities and our regular newsletter, Arcamfile. Registering may also prove useful should your Arcam hi-fi ever be damaged, stolen or in need of servicing. Anything you tell us will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Older Products
If your unit is from the Alpha range or earlier (for example Alpha 7SE CD player), please email your full address details, the serial number of the unit from the back panel, the name and location of the dealer you bought it from and the date of purchase.

Upgrades
If your unit has been upgraded, please email the serial number of the unit from the back panel, along with the type of upgrade, for example, CD82 DAC board or Progressive Scan board.
